Our Four Step Process

The Craig Alignment System™

“If your survey process doesn’t move your organization toward greatness, you haven’t chosen the right path”

Enterprise Transformation is what happens when all parts of the organization are working together in harmony to the company’s vision. The following four tested steps will enhance your organization’s performance to the highest level.

Step 1. Craig Alignment

“You must have a great start to expect a great finish”

If you don’t collect the right data, you can expect the wrong results. Craig Alignment not only includes the entire survey management process, but it begins with building a customized survey instrument built towards the vision of the business.

Step 3. Alignment Analysis

“Survey measurements drive resource allocations for each workgroup.”

Alignment analysis happens when the most effective action steps have been identified and selected. It is the step in which each leader gains a full understanding of their workgroups to align each to the main goals of the CEO. This relies on vertical and horizontal analysis which results in accountability and long term sustainability of improvement.

Step 2. Diagnostic Engine

“When your survey diagnostic can function like an in depth market study, you have unlimited capacity to understand what makes your organization pulsate”

The diagnostic engine, built for change management, is a simple to understand tool with amazing analysis capability.

Step 4. Implementation

“Organizations themselves need to break the inertia of an existing culture cycle and re-energize the people to move forward in the right direction”

The real essence of transformation is how effectively leadership implements the change. Our implementation process addresses the needs of all levels within the organization to be highly effective, energizing and rapidly transforming.

Step 1. Craig Alignment

To get the right answer, you need to ask the right questions. Craig Alignment means creating a customized survey linked to your business vision and challenges.

Why is survey customization so critical? No two organizations are alike. You need to look at yourself, not the generic traits of others, to find your own solutions for your own unique challenges.

Customization of survey measures creates value, direction and control for three key stakeholders: Executives, Managers and the Workforce. Each stakeholder will be able to answer three questions: “How do I get to where I need to be?”, “How do I align my daily work to my business responsibility?”, and “How can I contribute to making this organization a ‘great place to work’?”. This is transformation on an enterprise level.

Craig Alignment process includes:

Step 2. Diagnostic Engine

Why did the President of a multi-billion dollar company say that Infotool is “the best business tool in America”?

As we uncovered the results of his 16,000 employees, he was delighted with the ability to analyze every single department under his control, instantly identify his better managers, pinpoint action plans to be taken by each manager and even slice the departmental data into smaller demographic groups.

This powerful algorithm-driven program identifies the key drivers that guarantee enterprise transformation. The engine produces the power to prioritize positive action planning for the three stakeholders: Executives, Managers and the workforce.

Step 2. Diagnostic Engine

Unlimited cross-tab analysis for dissecting groups

Aggregation analysis for consolidating groups

Correlation analysis for prioritizing action plans

Unlimited demographic slicing capabilities to view scores of each and every demographic

Text searching for open ended responses

Overall, a total ability to target improvement for every work group in the entire organization; this is transformation

When your survey diagnostic engine can function like an in depth market study, you have unlimited ability understand what makes your entire organization pulsate.

Step 3. Alignment Analysis

Craig Alignment IDE analysis features take the place of unreliable, laborious and expensive focus group research, resource intensive interviews, actions based on guess work but taken out of frustration, and trying to make sense of big chunks of company data displayed in spreadsheets.

IDE features produce dynamic sets of alignment analysis tools that interpret survey results. Output from these assessments enable leaders to assess the efficiency of key strategic work processes, link the organization’s strategic vision to ROI objectives, and close productivity gaps between workgroups.

Survey output includes demographic segmentation, cross tab analyses, alignment measurements, predictive correlation analyses, and more. Each feature is accessed and viewed through interactive, colorful graphics that lead to precise, statistically reliable results. Reports can be defined and downloaded with just a few clicks of your mouse.

The following IDE Gap Analysis table shows the differences between transformation engagement scores between three workgroups:

Step 4. Implementation

The essence of transformation is how effective leadership is in implementing change.

In aligned organizations, every employee from the executive suite to the loading dock worker understands the strategy and goals of the organization and is fully engaged in the transformation process.

To facilitate implementation of IDE alignment Survey models Craig Alignment supports executives and managers with formal executive level reports and presentations that take the guesswork out of what action steps need to be taken to achieve transformation. The reports provide each manager with their own unique set of action steps to take. Reports are then followed up with coaching sessions and “certification” of at least 2 internal experts.

The sample Predictive Correlation Model below shows which organizational issues will have the greatest impact on achieving enterprise transformation (upper right quadrant).
